SCENIC LED INSTALLED BY DZA TECHNICAL ON BEHALF OF FLARE LIGHTING
Production Managed by DZA Technical on Behalf of Cheerful Twentyfirst
Dza technical are proud to have production managed this prestigous awards ceremony for the world of makeup and beauty. We supplied a vibrant 3.9mm pitch led screen for the backdrop to the event. Contact us if you need to speak about realising a backdrop to your event!
We supplied 3.9mm pitch screens and control units and installed in many major UK shopping centres, we also built led graphics equaliser floors. The client asked for all this to be duplicated due to overlapping installation dates which was no problem for our in-house team and we worked with Global displays to achieve an amazing pop up display at each venue. Also supplied and fitted by us is a single colour led ticker tape which wraps around the whole stand.
Choosing the right colour temperature for your application
We previously blogged about colour temperature and what that meant, but we didn’t really delve into choosing the right colour temperature for your specific application.
Whether you’re looking to light up an office or bedroom, illuminate a warehouse or shine a spotlight on a display unit, the kind of light you use will differ in terms of colour temperature. Not only does the colour temperature change the way things physically look, it has an effect on mood and atmosphere too.
Measuring around 2,200 to 3,000k, these LEDs offer a soft, warm light effect that creates a relaxed atmosphere. You would usually find these lights in domestic living spaces such as living rooms and bedrooms via table and accent lamps. From a commercial perspective, restaurants that wish to create a soothing, cosy ambience can use warm LEDs to achieve this.
Measuring around 3,500 to 4,100k these LEDs are some of the most commonly found, all-purpose lighting that you’ll encounter day to day. Domestically, these kind of lights are ideal for bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms and can be found in ceiling lights, under cabinet spot lights and floor lamps. Commercially, they are popular in offices and in places where concentration is needed.
Measuring around 6,500 to 10,00k, these LEDs are primarily used when attention to fine detail is paramount. The cool tone is energising and can be found in places such as hospitals, garages, classrooms and office spaces. Task and desk lamps often use this cool hue to promote productivity and help with work efficiency. Domestically they can even be used in bathrooms and kitchens for a really bright illumination.
