David Green
The inimitable Dave Green’ has been working in the events industry for 28 years. His keen eye for detail and proactive approach have led to him being known as the man to deliver the most complex, and aesthetically demanding projects.

Trevor Deffee
‘The original super geek’. Trevor has earnt his title of Technical Director by consistently and calmly solving our client’s challenges time after time. However, he should never be left alone with too many gadgets at once in case he comes up with yet another solution to a problem that doesn’t exist.

Tom Hinkley
Like the rest of the team, Tom is passionate about technology – especially 3D printing. Dealing with all operational challenges at DZA with quiet efficiency, his track record is unsurpassed.

Samantha is our dedicated Office Manager, bringing her organisational skills and friendly demeanor to our team. Her attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks ensure a smooth-running office environment!

We’re thrilled to welcome Jack back to the team! After a six-year hiatus, Jack returns with a wealth of experience and a renewed enthusiasm for DZA. His expertise will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success.

Tim Lawson
Joining us in 2023 from the Theatre Royal Brighton, Tim brings a huge breadth of technical theatre knowledge (and a few show tunes). Tim’s quiet efficiency and excellent experience has already made him an integral part of the team.
MACHINING SPECIALIST
David Cooper
David joined us in 2021 and has quickly become a key member of the team, both in the labs and taking care of complex project delivery on-site. Rejoining the events industry after a successful career in pharmaceutical production we’re very happy to have him.
Project engineer
Glen Slack
Glen joined us in mid-2022 and quickly headed to Singapore to support our team on MSI 2022. Bringing with him excellent mechanical skills and abilities, what he doesn’t know about tools isn’t worth knowing.
WORKSHOP engineer
Gavin Sutherland
How many businesses can say they have a genuine Olympic athlete on staff? Gavin represented Zimbabwe at Archery in the 2016 Rio games as well as being on the Zimbabwean national cycling team. Gavin excels at both on-site and lab-based projects, but doesn’t like the cold!
